Is it free? Do I need an account?
Yes, it's free and there is no sign-up. Nothing you enter is stored on a server; recent checks stay on your device.
Where does the dosing come from?
From FDA drug labels (DailyMed / openFDA). Curated rules are extracted from those labels and can be verified by a clinician; drugs without a rule are looked up in the live label. Every card links its source.
Which equations does it use?
CKD-EPI 2021 (race-free) for eGFR and KDIGO category, and Cockcroft-Gault for creatinine clearance, with a choice of actual, ideal or adjusted body weight.
Can I use it to prescribe?
No. It is an educational decision aid. Always confirm against the official prescribing information, local protocols and a pharmacist.
Does it work offline or on my phone?
